UPHIL Fact of the Month:

A landlord must allow a tenant with a disability to make reasonable and necessary modifications to their rental housing, however, the landlord can under some circumstances request that funds be put in escrow in order to restore the rental unit to its original condition when the tenant moves out. The amount put in escrow must be reasonable, and the tenant keeps the interest.
